I am trained in a variety of modalities including Zen Shiatsu, Swedish Massage, Normalization of Soft Tissue (NST), Integrative Bodywork, Sports Massage, Prenancy Massage, Thai Massage and Reflexology. I have also undertaken further study in fields of CraniosacralTherapy, Reiki, Prenatal and Postpartum support and Watsu®.
